Lokahi Lift

A two-syringe strategy for effortless, balanced volume.

This is a global approach to facial harmony using two RHA filler syringes and/or Radiesse® to restore support and a refreshed, well-rested look.

  • 60–90 min visit
  • Swelling varies

What it is

The Lokahi Lift is a curated, full-face refresh designed to restore balance using two syringes placed strategically—think harmony, not “more.”

What it can improve

  • “Tired” midface and soft cheek support
  • Subtle structure for a cleaner profile
  • Overall proportion (nothing overpowered)
  • Skin support when Radiesse® is selected

How to choose

If you want a full-face result but don’t want to treat five separate areas, this bundle is a smart place to start. It’s also our second most popular service.

Treatment details

We plan for proportion first, then place product where it creates the biggest “lifted and rested” effect—without chasing volume.

TipIf you want “barely-there” results, ask us to prioritize structure and stop early—you can always add later.

Consult + mapping
We review goals, facial balance, and your “must-not” list. Then we map a two-syringe plan that fits your features.
Appointment time
Most sessions take 60–90 minutes, including comfort measures and a final symmetry check.
When it looks best
You’ll see changes right away, but the most natural look shows once swelling calms—often in the 1–2 week window.
Longevity
How long results last depends on product choice, areas treated, and lifestyle. We’ll recommend a realistic maintenance rhythm.

Downtime snapshot

  • Mild swelling is common; occasional bruising can happen.
  • Avoid pressure on treated areas for the first day.
  • Keep workouts and heat low-key for 24 hours if you swell easily.

Quick Q&A

“Will this make my face look bigger?”

No—our goal is support and proportion. Placement is chosen to refine balance, not add bulk.

FAQs

Short answers to help you decide if the Lokahi Lift is your best starting point.

What does “two-syringe strategy” mean?

It means we’re working with a defined amount and placing it where it improves harmony most—rather than scattering tiny amounts everywhere.

Do you use RHA or Radiesse®?

We choose based on your goals and anatomy. Some plans lean toward RHA for refined volume; others benefit from Radiesse® for support and skin quality.

Is this the same as facial balancing?

They’re related. Facial balancing is the “big-picture plan.” Lokahi Lift is a curated two-syringe execution of that idea.

How soon can I return to normal?

Most people go back to normal the same day. If you bruise easily, plan a small buffer before events.

Can I add tox at the same visit?

Often, yes. Pairing neuromodulators with structure work can create a very natural “rested” look when timed appropriately.
