Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients.

For our cancellation policy, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can easily reach us via phone call, or a text message. The office number for direct contact is: 734-288-8055

While we maintain a flexible and understanding approach towards cancellations, a $50 fee may be applied for any last minute cancelations. The same process will be applied towards any “no-show” appointments. Your timely notification helps us accommodate other clients who are eagerly waiting for an appointment.

Any appointment that is 15 minutes or later for arrival is subject to being canceled.
